For more than 20 years, I’ve worked where fitness, health, and real life collide. I’m a coach, natural bodybuilder, health educator, and public health graduate—but none of those titles tells the whole story.
I built BK Badass around a simple idea: fitness should be backed by knowledge, experience, and a willingness to challenge an industry that too often sells shortcuts, gimmicks, and one-size-fits-all solutions.
I know the gym. I understand health. And I know how to connect the two.
